The Board of Trustees normally meets in regular session on the third Monday of each month at 5:45 p.m. in the Conference Room located at 101 Highway 120. Board members are elected to three-year terms with elections being held annually on the second Saturday of May.

According to the Texas Open Meetings Law, Board meetings must be open to the public except under specific circumstances. The Board may move into closed session to discuss personnel matters and real estate transactions, obtain legal counsel from the school attorney, or conduct hearings.

Notice of regular and called meetings is posted three days in advance at central administration, in local news papers, and on the district web site.
